By accessing or using a Teyweb-powered store, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
1. About Teyweb
Teyweb is a technology platform that allows independent merchants to create online stores. Teyweb is not the seller of goods or services listed on these stores. Each store is operated and managed by an independent merchant.
2. Purchases and Payments
- Merchant Relationship: All orders placed through a Teyweb store are between you and the individual merchant.
- Secure Payments: Payments are securely processed using trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Flutterwave, Paystack).
- No Platform Custody: Teyweb does not collect or hold funds from your purchases.
- Merchant Policies: Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping, and return policies are determined by the store owner.
3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Merchant Responsibility: Merchants are solely responsible for processing, fulfilling, and delivering your order.
- Shipping Terms: Shipping timelines and fees are set by the individual merchant.
- No Delivery Guarantee: Teyweb does not guarantee delivery times or product availability.
4. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- Merchant Policies: Return and refund policies are determined by each merchant and must be clearly displayed on their store.
- Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with a merchant, you should contact the merchant directly.
- Platform Assistance: Teyweb may assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to provide a resolution or refund.
5. User Conduct
- Lawful Use: You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity or abuse the payment systems.
- Respectful Behavior: Do not harass, threaten, or abuse merchants or their staff.
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate information during checkout.
- Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Privacy
- Information Sharing: Your personal information may be shared with the merchant to fulfill your order.
- Data Processing: Teyweb and the merchant may store and process your information according to their respective privacy policies.
- Communications: You may receive transactional or promotional emails based on your interactions with the store.
7. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: Product images, descriptions, and branding displayed on a store may belong to the merchant or third parties.
- Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any store content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- No Platform Liability: Teyweb is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services purchased from a merchant.
- Merchant Disputes: Any issue arising from a transaction is solely between you and the merchant.
- Liability Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teyweb disclaims liability for losses related to your transactions.
9. Modifications
We may revise these Customer Terms from time to time. Continued use of Teyweb stores after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
